Returns & exchanges

Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
• Customised fabric, design, or size orders are final sale.
• Sale / capsule markdowns may be exchanged for store credit only.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
