At Ecko Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange & Return

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or design (subject to stock availability).

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in case of:

Defective items

Wrong item delivered

Approved returns will be issued as:

Store credit or

Refund (as per management approval)


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Discounted or sale items

Accessories

Customized or altered products


How to Request an Exchange or Return

Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number, reason, and product images (if applicable).

Our team will guide you through the next steps.


Processing Time

Exchanges and returns are processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the item.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Important Notes

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting.

Ecko Apparel reserves the right to accept or reject any request.
